Welcome to KKClub. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and KKClub ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the KKClub website located at kkclub.cam and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and any other gaming or entertainment services offered thereon.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

KKClub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on KKClub, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by KKClub or a recognised responsible-gambling scheme.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or associate of KKClub, or a close family member of such a person.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter.

KKClub reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or address at any time and to suspend Account access pending satisfactory verification. Users in Pakistan should be particularly aware that local laws may restrict or prohibit participation irrespective of age.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a Prohibited Activity and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you must provide, at minimum, a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and country of residence. All information must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

KKClub applies a risk-based KYC process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or continued gameplay are permitted:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of a JazzCash or Easypaisa account in your name — provided as context of familiar payment references only; these providers do not endorse gambling transactions).
• Source of funds documentation where transactions exceed applicable thresholds.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by KKClub may result in Account restriction or closure. Verification documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. KKClub strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You must notify KKClub immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. KKClub will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where reasonable security measures were not taken by the User.

By using the Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You may access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal gaming and betting activity in accordance with these Terms. Commercial use, systematic exploitation of the Platform's services, or use for any purpose other than personal entertainment is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any winnings from such exploitation are void.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the Platform's software or design.
• Creating or using multiple Accounts to circumvent Account restrictions or bonus limitations.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the Platform's operations.

5.3 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements to use the Platform. KKClub is not liable for losses arising from connection failures, device incompatibility, or third-party service interruptions. The Platform is optimised for mobile browsers commonly used in Pakistan, but performance may vary across devices and network conditions.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah are provided as familiar payment references for Pakistani users only. None of these payment providers endorse, affiliate with, or support gambling transactions on KKClub or any gambling platform. Users are responsible for confirming that their chosen payment method is compatible with gaming transactions before attempting a deposit.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are set by KKClub and displayed within the Account dashboard.
• KKClub reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted after applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.

Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) transactions are supported, amounts will be displayed in PKR. Currency conversion fees may apply where the Platform's base currency differs from PKR.

6.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. KKClub reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, following prior written notice to the registered email address.

KKClub offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with this section.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance within your Account and are subject to Wagering Requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering Requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates are specified on each individual promotion page.
• KKClub does not use countdown timers or artificial urgency mechanisms to pressure Users into claiming bonuses.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per User, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• KKClub reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

KKClub monitors Accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear Wagering Requirements with minimal risk exposure. Where bonus abuse is identified, KKClub reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, remove associated winnings, and restrict promotional eligibility for the relevant Account.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport, event, or game category. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.

8.1 Sports Betting

KKClub covers a wide range of sports markets including Pakistan cricket, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, T20 Internationals, Test matches, football, UFC/MMA, and esports. Match and event results are determined by official governing bodies. KKClub's decision on the settlement of markets is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described below.

• In-play bets are accepted subject to live odds availability and may be suspended without notice during significant match events.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded — whether due to connectivity issues, display delays, or any other reason — are void.
• KKClub reserves the right to limit, refuse, or void bets where there is evidence of irregular activity or errors in odds compilation.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits apply per event and per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

8.2 Casino & Live Games

Casino games, including slots, table games, and live dealer titles, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer feeds provided by licenced third-party software providers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game providers. KKClub does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, game result, or account transaction must be submitted to KKClub support within seven (7) days of the disputed event. KKClub will review and respond to all disputes within a reasonable timeframe. KKClub's decision, following investigation, is final and binding unless superseded by a decision of the relevant regulatory authority.

KKClub is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity. KKClub provides a range of tools to help Users maintain control of their gambling behaviour.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds over specified time periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure alerts to notify them of elapsed session time.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a self-exclusion period of varying duration. During self-exclusion, account access is suspended and all marketing communications are ceased.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications displaying total time played and net session result.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, and game assets — is the property of KKClub or its licenced content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of KKClub.

The KKClub name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of KKClub. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• KKClub provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• KKClub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• KKClub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• KKClub shall not be liable for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or regulatory interventions.
• KKClub's aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in this clause limits KKClub's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

KKClub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Engagement in Prohibited Activity or suspected fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a User's payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or court order.
• The User's jurisdiction becoming a Restricted Jurisdiction after Account creation.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting KKClub support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the User subject to completion of all outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KKClub holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through KKClub's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

These Terms do not create any rights under the laws of Pakistan, and KKClub does not represent that the Platform is lawfully accessible in Pakistan. Users in Pakistan access the Platform entirely at their own legal risk and responsibility.

KKClub may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, KKClub will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
